Today's weather doesn't seem to want to cooperate, so I am off to grab my winning Lottery Tickets.
I know I will win something but why not have a little fun for a $1.
$540 Mil is up for grabs at the moment, the pot will only grow until the drawing is complete. What would I do with that kind of money?
Pay off the bills of my dearest family members and friends...and my own of course.
Setup a family trust.
Travel to Europe and hang out there for a month or two.
Go back to College to finish my 5.5 year run with no degree...lol
Find some wonderful human beings that need a little help and leave them a basket full of goodies and cash.
Give, give and give some more and then take a little!
Stories to follow...my families ritual with the lotto
Good luck to everyone....wahoooo!

What an amazing website pinterest is! I love this site and I do spend a lot of time pinning!
I do want to bring your attention to the dark side of this awesome site. The pics, crafts and fun items are not always what they appear to be.
I followed a link on a beautiful pic of an amazing home today, and it routed me to scene I would rather have never seen. A man standing with a rifle placed on the back of his head by another man. I did not stay on the site, nor did I scroll down to broaden my knowledge of this awful picture.
Please be careful what you are pinning and watch your babies!

Double Irish Cheddar and Macaroni Soup
Wow...
Method:
Double Irish Cheddar and Macaroni Soup with Broiled Cheese Croutons
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 tsp coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 2 1/2 cups shredded Irish Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni, or tiny bow tie pasta
- 4-6 slices, artisan bread sliced 1/2 inch thick
- Thinly sliced cheddar cheese
- Butter
Method:
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly butter toast, both sides. Place a baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes, or until lightly brown, turning about half way through. Set aside.
In a large sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook for about 5 minutes. Slowly stir 1 cup of the chicken broth into flour until smooth. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Add the rest of the chicken broth. Cook until thickened, about 7-10 minutes.
Stir in milk, and cook over low heat for an additional 7-10 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted. Add pasta.
Place oven proof bowls on a baking sheet. Evenly fill bowls with soup. Place toasts on top of soup. Cover with thin slices of cheese and place under broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.
Makes 6 servings
